Our telephony provider has let us know that they are having issues handling phone calls correctly. Phone calls to BIT might experience missing audio. BIT, as receiver of the call, is not affected by missing audio. Our telephony provider has identified the problem (issues with one of their transit providers) but do not have a time to fix yet.

The issue has not been resolved by our VoIP provider. In case you have to call our incident number and the call lacks audio, we will return your call using a different communication channel.

Our VOIP provider has indicated that the problems we observed were specifically for calls initiated from the VodafoneZiggo network, and they have not been observed since yesterday afternoon. We're awaiting a final confirmation that the problems have been resolved.

We did not receive a final resolved confirmation from the provider yet. However we did not observe any abnormalities anymore. We wil therefore close this incident.
