Disruption Virtual Machines

At 12:13h some of the virtual machines for customers became unavailable. At 12:18h these machines became responsive again. The cause of this outage is being researched. As soon as more info becomes available, this incident notice will be updated.

The disruption was caused by human error during a change. The change on the network configuration for storage was supposed to be non-impacting. A human error did cause some impact; for several minutes some of the virtual machines lost their disk.
