[CANCELLED] EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE fiber BIT-1 - Equinix AM7

Update 6/6/2018:
Our fiber supplier has cancelled this maintenance, since it would conflict with other planned maintenance, which would result in disruption of redundant paths of their other customers. At this moment it is unknown if the maintenance will be rescheduled, and if so if it will be an emergency maintenance. If so, we will do a new maintenance announcement.
Affected services:
Our fiber provider needs to move the fiber connection between
BIT-1 and Equinix AM7 due to drilling and ground works. The fiber will
be cut, moved and then reconnected. Traffic between the BIT network and
the internet using this specific link will be moved automatically to
alternative paths.
Details:
Our fiber provider received notice from authorities that ground
works and drilling will commence shortly. This puts the fiber at high
risk of being damaged. Attempts by our provider to delay these works
have been unsuccessful. Therefor, they will perform emergency
maintenance to move the fiber cable so there is no risk of damaging it
during the works.
