During the black building test the power went out in server room BIT-2C. The incident is under investigation. Follow the incident on our website for updates concerning this incident.

The UPS's in BIT-2C are bypassed. Power is available again. Equipment that has not booted yet will be powered on by BIT employees.

The supplier of the UPS's is on his way to investigate the UPS's. All equipment is being turned on at the moment. When your equipment is not available yet, please contact us at +31 318 648688 so we can turn your machine(s) on.

The UPS supplier has arrived. Together we investigate the cause of the incident. As soon as more information is available a RFO will be made and published on our website.

The individual batteries within each UPS have been checked. We have decided to replace some of these batteries before we switch from bypass mode to normal mode. The planning for this is not available yet, as soon as it is we will update this incident..

Battery sets of both UPS'es have been extensively tested and the UPS'es have been switched to normal mode. At the end of the day the RFO of this incident will become available.
