Summary:
Due to restoration works the fiber between BIT-1 and Equnix AM7 will be disrupted for several hours.
Details:
Our fiber provider needs to perform restoration works on the fiber between BIT-1 and Equinix AM7. Previous restoration works on this fiber have proven not to be sufficient. To prevent further damage, additional maintenance is urgently required. During this maintenance the fiber connection is disrupted for a longer period of time. Internet traffic will be rerouted automatically during this maintenance, a short disruption of network connections can be observed at the moment the link is disrupted.
