Maintenance UPS-sets BIT-1
01-07-2020 00:00:00
- 01-07-2020 07:00:00
Urgency: Planned
Affected services: Equipment in BIT-1
Expected impact: Possible loss of power redundancy
Customer intervention required: No
Reference number: 168633
Summary:
On Wednesday the 1th of July between 00:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs, our supplier will be performing maintenance on our UPS sets in BIT-1. During this maintenance, at least one feed will be available continuously.
Details:
During this maintenance, the UPS sets will be put in bypass mode one by one. We do not expect any disruption in the power supply, but it is possible that the ATS in your rack (if applicable) will switch to the other power feed. If you have received warnings from BIT that your total power consumption is close to the limit, we recommend that you take action before this maintenance starts.
In case of disruption of one of the power feeds, which we do not expect, the other feed will be available as normal. We do recommend that you check if your equipment is connected to both power feeds.
