As a result of maintenance on our CEPH storage systems last night, latency to the data on these systems has increased. You might notice this reduced performance when accessing your data on these systems. Our engineers are working on solutions to reduce impact.

The impact reducing solutions are effective. After the maintenance the storage servers automatically started some 'house keeping' chors. These chors increased the load on the servers heavily. The automated chors have been cancelled and engineers will take care of these chors manually. They will make sure that this will not result in performance loss.
