Summary:
Due to a memory leak on a router BIT will proactively reboot this router to prevent unexpected outage of services.
Details:
Due to a bug in IOS software, memory usage of our Cisco router is slowly increasing. This will ultimately cause the router to spontaneously reboot itself. To prevent this, we want to manually restart the router during a maintenance window.

The router has been rebooted successfully and is up and running again. All services have been restored. This completes this maintenance.
