Summary:

A linecard in our core router in BIT-1 which connects a number of core network links will be replaced preemtively. Traffic on these links will be rerouted via other paths before we replace the linecard.

Details:

Our vendor advises us to replace this linecard with a spare unit. Since there’s an increased chance of problems with the current linecard, we will be doing this in an emergency maintenance.
