Description

Due to a defect in the unlocking mechanism of the access door to datacenter BIT-1, it is not possible to enter datacenter BIT-1 without supervision. BIT employees are available to accompany any visits to the datacenter. If you wish to access datacenter BIT-1 outside office hours, please contact us by telephone on +31(0)318648688 (option 1), even if you normally have independent access to the datacenter. No costs will be charged for datacenter visits outside office hours for persons with independent access.

Consultations are being held with suppliers regarding repair of the defect. It is not yet known when the defective mechanism will be replaced.

Tomorrow morning an engineer will replace the internal parts of the access door to serverroom BIT-1.
