MySQL8 Cluster outage

Description

Due to yet unknown reasons the MySQL8 database cluster is unavailable. Services that use this database cluster, including shared webhosting and webmail, are currently unavaible. Engineers are investigating.

Engineers are currently working on restoring services. Although recovery works haven’t been completed yet we see recovery of the services using this database cluster.

Update - 28-10-2026 00:10

The database cluster is available again. Contrary to previous messages websites on shared hosting platforms were not affected by this outage, they use a different database cluster.
