Description

Around 13:45, a hypervisor in the BIT cloud restarted for reasons yet unknown.

The problem is under investigation.

Update - 27-10-2026 14:20

The shared hosting MySQL database server, as well as the statistics in the BIT customer portal, are offline. DNS resolving _might_ have been temporarily unavailable.

Update - 27-10-2026 14:30

The shared hosting MySQL database server is back online. Websites that rely on it should be up and running again.

Update - 27-10-2026 15:00

It appears that some of the issues with the MySQL server have been resolved, but not all of them.

The statistics in the customer portal are back online.

When the fallback Shared MySQL environment was brought online, a route was configured incorrectly. This has now been corrected, and everything should be working again.

The issues have been resolved. The hypervisor in question has been removed from the cluster and is currently being investigated. Maintenance for the shared MySQL server will be scheduled.
