What you'll do
As a software developer you work within a small team on a variety of projects including the maintenance and development of systems for BIT’s internal automation and the self-service portal for our customers.
The software you’ll be creating is primarily composed of PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. We also use SQL-based database systems, TSDB and LDAP. Furthermore, as part of our development process, you’ll work in various CNU/Linux-systems with Git and Docker.
On an average day you might work on:
- Developing and improving BIT’s internal system and self-service portal.
- Researching new techniques.
- Contributing to and implementing services for BIT’s customers.

What you bring to the table
We're looking for someone who is passionate about programming, always strives to provide the best solutions, can think critically, and works well with others.
We’re also asking that you:
- Have broad experience in developing applications using PHP.
- Have experience in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Have experience in using database systems and APIs/HTTP endpoints.
