Fixed: Short minor temperature increase in BIT-2B and BIT-2C

At 12:07 there was a short disruption of the cooling for BIT-2BCD. This short disruption was triggered by a powerdip on the power grid, which caused the chillers for BIT-2BCD to reset. As a result the temperature in some places in BIT-2B and BIT-2C has been increased by a few degrees at most for a short period of time. By now, all temperatures are back to normal.
