Around 14:52 one of two filers for shared storage has become unavailable. Our engineers are investigating the cause for this unavailability, emergency maintenance will follow.
The other filer has done a successful takeover, therefor there should be no noticable impact for users of our share storage service. This does mean that there is no redundancy for shared storage at this moment.

We will perform the necessary actions during emergency maintenance, because this will be done on a stable but not redundant situation.

The defect hardware is replaced an the filer is back online. The services are back at full redundancy now.
