Summary:
We will preventively replace a part in one of the Netapp filers, which is part of the Netapp MetroCluster. To replace the part, it is necessary to perform one or more takeovers and givebacks. The expectation is that this will have short impact (delay).


Details:
In the Netapp filer in BIT-1, there are some indications that a part may be in an early failure stage. As a precaution we will replace the part. To replace this part it is needed to move the services provided by this filer to the NetApp filer in BIT-2A. After the part has been replaced the services will be given back to the filer in BIT-1. During these take overs and givebacks a short impact (delay) is to be expected.

Er zijn tegenslagen ondervonden bij dit onderhoud, waardoor het onderhoud uitloopt voorbij de eerder aangegeven eindtijd. Engineers van BIT zijn druk bezig het onderhoud zo snel mogelijk af te ronden.


Due to setbacks during this maintenance, the maintenance window will have to be extended past the former given end time. BIT engineers are busy finishing this maintenance as fast as possible.
