Summary:
Datacenter switch 'leaf-sw1.bit-2b' will be rebooted as advised by our vendor. Customers connected to this switch will experience a downtime of several minutes.
In addition, we will make a configuration chance to all datacenter switches, also based on advise given by our vendor. We do not expect any disruption of traffic due to this change.
Details:
Datacenter switch 'leaf-sw1.bit-2b' shows non critical memory errors which according to our vendor can only be resolved by rebooting the switch.

The configuration change we will be deploying changes the way in which unused memory is freed ('garbage collection'). This change was adviced by our vendor and we do not expect any impact to network traffic as a result.
