Maintenance UPS sets BIT-2C
26-02-2020 00:00:00
- 26-02-2020 07:00:00
Urgency: Planned
Affected services:
- Customers with equipment in BIT-2C
Expected impact: Possibly reduced redundancy in the power supply
Customer intervention required: No
Reference number: 164271
Summary:
On Tuesday the 25th and Wednesday the 26th of February between 00:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs, our supplier will be performing maintenance on our UPS sets in BIT-2C.
Details:
During this maintenance the UPS sets are alternately put in bypass mode. We do not expect any disruption in the power supply, but it is possible that the ATS in your rack (if applicable) will switch to the other power feed. If you have received warnings from BIT that your total power consumption is close to the limit, we recommend that you take action before this maintenance starts.
In case of disruption of the mains for the UPS in maintenance, which we do not expect, the other power feed will be available as normal. We do recommend that you check if your equipment is connected to both power feeds.
