Around 22:25, a incident occurred that prevents users currently from starting, stopping and creating/configuring virtual machines on the BIT NL Cloud. Virtual machines that are currently running are not impacted by this.
Engineers are currently working hard to solve this issue.

The problem was found to be an Out of Memory situation, causing certain components of the system to lose track of who's doing what. And why. Services have been restarted and are behaving normal again.
