CephFS storage issue

Today at 03:45 hrs, one of the Meta Data Servers providing the CephFS shared storage experienced a crash. This has caused a temporary IO-stall on the filesystems of ten minutes. BIT engineers will do a an investigating to find the root cause of the crash.
