Summary:
During the maintenance the virtual machines on three hypervisors will be powered off and migrated to other hypervisors. During the migration the virtual machines will not be available for several minutes. After the migration the virtual servers will be powered on. Customers with a virtual machine that is running on these hypervisors have also been contacted individually.
Details:
Due to a bug in libvirt with the virtual cpu model we use it is no longer available in newer versions of libvirt with the exact same features. Because of this our regular maintenanceis not possible. Our regular maintenance consists of migrating virtual machines to an updated hypervisor while the virtual machines remain online.. The virtual servers who are affected by this bug will be powered off and migrated offline to an updated hypervisor where it will be powered on. During the offline migration the virtual machine will not be available which is expected to be several minutes. Customers with a virtual machine that will be powered off have also been contacted individually.
