Emergency maintenance MySQL servers and network stats server

- Network stats in portal
Expected impact:
- Both MySQL servers will be unavailable for a short period of time
- Many websites on shared hosting will not function as to be expected
- No network stats available in portal for the maintenance period

Summary:
The MySQL and network stats server will be transferred to another hypervisor and will not be available during that period.
Details:
As a result of a broken hypervisor some virtual machines need to be moved to another hypervisor. Those services that are not built in a cluster will not be available for a limited period of time.
