limited e-mails to Microsoft
E-mail to Microsoft domains (hotmail.com, live.com, outlook.com) gets delivered with a delay and sometimes not at all.
As result of a spam run with a hacked account of a customer of BIT, Microsoft has limited the e-mail servers of BIT. Many customers of BIT send these days valid e-mails to many e-mail accounts, most of these are holiday greetings. Delivering these e-mails to Microsoft gets delayed or they do not get delivered at all.
Unfortunately there are no possibilities for BIT to take away Microsoft' limitations. Microsoft limits the amount of e-mails that get accepted based on reputation. Therefore we can not give our mail servers different IP-addresses. You might want to use your own SMTP server or a different e-mail relay to get your e-mails to Microsoft.
